02
Specify

Tell it what you need.

Choose your output format, festival or broadcast target, and processing preferences — dialogue priority, noise reduction level, de-reverb intensity, stereo width. Add notes about your channel layout, known problem moments, or creative intent. The more specific you are, the better the result.

Festival presets for Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, Hot Docs, and more
03
Upload

Send your raw files.

A dedicated MASV portal is created for your project. Drop in your raw audio or video files in supported formats — within the GB tier you selected at checkout (up to 16 GB). No pre-processing, no renaming, no ZIP files. Large uploads resume automatically if interrupted.

BWF · WAV · AIF · MXF · MP4 · up to 32ch

Files delivered. Clean.

Processing begins automatically when your upload completes. The pipeline analyzes every channel independently, applies the appropriate repair chain, and delivers a festival-spec stereo mix within 48–72 hours. A QC report is included with every delivery.

Common questions
What file formats do you accept?
Anything ffmpeg can read — BWF, WAV, AIF, CAF, MXF, MOV, MP4. Mono through multichannel (up to 32ch). Source material must stay within the GB tier selected at checkout.
How does the pipeline know which channel is the boom?
It doesn't assume. Every channel is independently analyzed for speech content, noise profile, and signal quality. The blend matrix is built from content, not position.
What happens to my files after delivery?
All files are permanently deleted 7 days after delivery. Premix is a processing service, not a storage service. Maintain your own copies of your originals and processed files.
Can I specify a festival loudness target?
Yes — presets are available for Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, Hot Docs, True/False, IDFA, Slamdance, EBU R128, and DCP. Custom LUFS and true peak values are also accepted.
What if I have questions about my delivery?
Email info@lemonwater.io with your project name. We'll respond within 24 hours.
