Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026
Lemonwater, LLC is a place of public accommodation for this site. People with disabilities must be able to read who we are, contact us, and use the legal pages. Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA (same bar the Department of Justice uses for government sites under Title II, and the bar courts apply to private sites under Title III). We do not claim full conformance today.

1. What we are doing

  • Document language set to English; skip-to-content link on company and product pages.
  • Visible focus on keyboard (gold outline). Primary navigation and forms are operable without a pointer.
  • One set of contrast tokens for body and labels (WCAG AA on the dark background). Gold is brand, used on large type.
  • Semantic headings and real lists on legal pages (not icon-only bullets).
  • Decorative linework marked so it is ignored by assistive technology.
  • prefers-reduced-motion honored for animation.
  • Contact is email — you do not have to complete a mystery form to reach us.

2. Known limitations

The cloud job path — Queue, Refine, Lock, Run, Channel — is built to be completed from the keyboard: native file picker, form submit on Enter, range faders, and a visible gold focus ring. We have not published an axe/Lighthouse and VoiceOver (or NVDA) sign-off on every page as AA. Third-party checkout (Stripe) is Stripe’s surface; we keep the copy before and after it.

3. Request an accommodation

If a page or control is difficult to use, email info@lemonwater.io with the page URL, the assistive technology you use if you wish to say, and what you need. We will work with you in a reasonable time. We are a small company; we still treat this as a duty, not a courtesy.

4. Scope

This statement covers lemonwater.io (consulting pages and legal). Premix, if you use it, is additional software with its own screens; the same duty applies there. Third-party surfaces we do not control: Stripe Checkout, MASV file transfer, and Clerk (account at checkout).

ADA Title III (42 U.S.C. § 12182) is the statute that applies here — full and equal enjoyment of the service, not a common-law negligence claim. Robles v. Domino’s Pizza, LLC, 913 F.3d 898 (9th Cir. 2019), is the leading case that websites and apps used to transact with customers are covered. The Supreme Court denied review. The Department of Justice’s public guidance says the same. Massachusetts public-accommodation law (G.L. c. 272, §§ 92A, 98) can apply in parallel. This page is not legal advice and is not a claim that we cannot be sued.

Accessibility: info@lemonwater.io. If you are filing a complaint under applicable law, use the same address; we will not require a particular form.
